Recently, 2007, Wenqin Troupe of Zhejiang University, led by Vice-President Jianmiao Hu, showed a celebration performance at the Chinese Embassy in Russia. The visit is to convey the Chinese culture and express the education achievement in Zhejiang University, for staffs and their family members in the Chinese Embassy and Russian friends.
This visit of Wenqin Troupe is a part of activities in “the Chinese Year in Russia”, and is also one more important visit after visiting the U.N. in 2006. During this trip, they will give shows at University of Moscow, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Saint Petersburg State University, and Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University.
